Adoption Info
If you are interested in meeting any of our furbabies, please contact us to set up a meeting. Before going to their forever home, an adoption form needs to be filled out and approved. An interview with the potential family and adoption coordinator will be conducted. All members of the household will need to be present to meet with the rescue including any dogs already in the family. The final step will be a home visit where our dog will be able to meet any other pets not introduced at the initial meeting. This process may seem to be extensive but please understand that we are taking all steps to promote a successful and forever union.
Foster Info
We are a foster base dog rescue organization. WE NEED YOUR HELP in order to rescue more dogs from euthanasia. We will provide the food, treats, beds, crate, meds if needed, veterinarian visit fee if needed and a foster booklet. You will play a big part in helping a dog find their forever home. The more foster families we have, the more we can save. Before going to their foster home, a foster form needs to be filled out and approved. An interview with the potential family and adoption coordinator will be conducted. We work in conjunction with AtoZ Dog Training to rehabilitate and train our dogs. You will be given a copy of their training pamphlet when you adopt your new member of the family.

UPDATE: NOEL IS PENDING ADOPTION IN HER FOSTER TO ADOPT HOME. Noel is 13lbs. Noel is a sweet, friendly and affectionate gal. She would do best in a quiet environment with a family who could give her all the TLC her little heart desires and deserves. We are unsure if she is spayed or not so we would have to wait for a bit. So her prospective forever family would have a longer foster to adopt period.
Story:
Noel was in an abusive situation with a houseless person her entire life. She was surrendered to Aloha Animal Outreach, then she came to us.

Ruffy came to us as his previous owners were being evicted and were planning on taking him to a shelter.

UPDATE: TEDDY IS PENDING ADOPTION IN HIS FOSTER TO ADOPT HOME. Teddy is 11 pounds. Teddy is blind but is very intelligent and learns from other dogs. He is a gentle and sweet boy.
Story:
Teddy was found wandering the streets and was brought to Aloha Animal Outreach. He was microchipped and the owners were contacted. We were informed that he was lost a long time ago and they did not look for him. So, it wasn't a surprise that they did not want him back.

Description:
Tigger is an 11 pound, calm, loving, sweet and patient gentleman. He loves following his human and currently living with other dogs. It is unknown whether Tigger is friendly with children or the feline friends and is being assessed.
Story:
Tigger was found wandering the streets in Honolulu. Our dedicated foster stepped up to foster him since his finder could not care for him. We do not know how long he was on the streets, but he had fleas on him and was very skinny. As he is very skinny, vet wants him to gain weight before he gets neutered. He had no microchip and nobody claimed him. He was checked by a vet, vaccinated, microchipped and had bloodwork done .

Description:
Bell is a high risk for anesthesia and therefore, the HHS vet has advised that she cannot be spayed or have any type of surgery. Bell has an enlarged heart and a heart murmur of grade 4 out of 6. She also has a luxating patella. In addition, she has a few too many pounds for such a little princess and needs to lose some of it slowly. Despite all of her health conditions, Bell is sweet and friendly and would do best in a quiet environment.
Story:
Bell was transferred to us from Hawaiian Humane Society. We were informed that she lived with many canine siblings. Although Bell is placed in Hospice status, we are hopeful that there is a very special family who will give her a forever home with the care she needs and lots of TLC during her golden years.

Gus is 50lbs. He is a social pup, friendly, active, playful and healthy. He is fine with children but because of his size, he may knock down the little ones. He needs an active family who could give him the activity he needs to thrive.
Story:
Gus was initially rescued by one of our dedicated foster and her friend as he was tied outside all day for an unknown period of time. We understood that he was a gift but the family did not want him. Thus, he spent his days in this unhealthy environment until rescued. Gus was adopted last year but due to unforeseen circumstances, he is back with us.

Ellie is 8lbs. Ellie is a very sweet and loving girl. She loves her walks and other canine friends/siblings.
Story:
Ellie was transferred to us from the Hawaiian Humane Society as she was very skittish in the shelter environment. We were informed that she lived with eight other dogs with a houseless person. Although skittish, Ellie will attach herself to one person fairly quickly. She may need additional time and patience as she learns to attach herself to the rest of the family. She currently lives with a 10 year old boy and a senior canine foster sibling. She is learning to live with and trust the 10 year old human foster brother.

Abby is 18lbs. Her forever family will have fun training her as she is a typical puppy, full of energy and curiosity. She is a bit skittish at first but warms up quickly.
Story:
Abby came to us from the Hawaiian Humane Society. We are told that she previously lived with small dogs, a four year old child as well as older children.

Elle is 11 lbs. Elle is a sweet and friendly gal. She loves going for her walks and does very well on a leash. Elle currently lives with a 10 year old boy.
Story:
When Elle's first owner passed away, she was given to this former owner by someone related to the owner who had passed with the understanding that they would return to get Elle. They did not come back and Elle found herself living with someone who did not want her and kept her in the kennel 24/7 in her own urine and feces for an unknown period of time. A good Samaritan noticed the horrible condition Elle was living in, spoke to her former owner who agreed to surrender her to the Samaritan, who then brought Elle to us.

Description:
Wilson is 19lbs. He can walk a short distance but caution is needed as his back legs are still a little compromised. He can be picky about his humans and needs a mellow family who is firm as well as patient and willing to help him bond with his forever family. Although he is fine with canine and feline friends, he needs a slow introduction.
Story:
Wilson came to us to give him a second chance at life as he was about to be euthanized by his owner due to a back injury he had suffered. He was unable to use his back legs. Since coming to us, we are happy to report that he has been healing well and can now support himself on four legs.
